The founders
Lukas worked for more than 14 years in the field of non-toxic rocket propulsion. He was group leader and deputy head of department at DLR and is an international expert in the field of propulsion. He has more than 10 years of leadership and project manager experience at DLR’s Institute of Space Propulsion. During his time at DLR he filed 7+ patents and published more than 50 papers.
Felix is the mind behind our HIP_11 technology. He has worked for more than 8 years on green propellants at DLR’s Institute of Space Propulsion. Felix is an expert on hypergolic ignition. In the frame of his PhD he developed the hypergolic propellant combination HIP_11. Aside from research Felix is an experience project manager.

Where to work
ISPTech is located at one of the most advanced and largest test facilities for rocket engines in Europe: The DLR site Lampoldshausen.
We are expanding into a new location in Ludwigsburg, situated in the Greater Stuttgart area.
ISPTech offers working from home and on the go in many positions.
